Not every batch needs a full-size brink. This 30L unit is built for smaller harvests or labs running frequent small transfers, where a 1/2 BBL or 100L vessel would sit mostly empty between uses. It has the same 4" top port as the rest of the lineup for cleaning and access, but no side spout, so transfers go in and out through the top rather than a dedicated outlet.
304 stainless steel construction keeps it on the same CIP standard as every other brink in the lineup, and two cutout handholds in the top rim make it easy to carry when it's light enough to lift by hand.
