The 4" top port handles cleaning and inspection the same way it does on the rest of the lineup.
304 stainless steel construction means it drops into the same sanitation routine as everything else in the cellar, no separate process needed. The extra capacity over 100L comes with a taller profile, so it's worth checking clearance in a walk-in or cellar rack before ordering. Two handholds in the top rim help with moving it when it's not full.
