Returns & Refunds

Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon delivery to ensure there are no damaged or missing items. If such is the case, notify us immediately.

To return a product, contact us for a return authorization number, then ship the product to the provided address.

Returned items must be shipped within thirty 30 days of delivery, unused and in their original packaging with all accessories and documents in place. We are not responsible for discrepancies beyond this time period.

Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

For most general or defective returns, we will process your credit once we have confirmation that the item has been received and inspected by our warehouse. Please allow 5 to 10 business days following delivery to our warehouse for credits to be issued.

Note that sales of special-order and close-out items are final and non-returnable.


All returned items will be inspected. Damaged or incomplete products will be refused. Damages resulting from shipping should be noted with the carrier.

Please note: Installation of beverage refrigeration parts, carbonators, and glycol chillers must be handled by a qualified installer in order to qualify for product return and/or warranty coverage. Qualified Installer - Defined as a licensed professional who charges a fee for his services, and possesses a business license, contractor's license, and/or resale permit. Common examples of a "qualified installer" include Electrician; General Contractor; Heating and Air Conditioning Specialist.


Cancellations are accepted provided that the merchandise has not yet shipped.

All orders are subject to a 20% (minimum $20.00) restocking fee.
