A dedicated brink keeps your culture out of the fermenter and off the clock, so you're not rushing a wash or a repitch just to free up tank space. This 1/2 BBL unit gives Canadian breweries a proper holding vessel with a 4" opening on top for cleaning and a 1.5" side outlet for drawing yeast out when it's time to pitch, all in 304 stainless steel that matches what's already running through the rest of the cellar.
The top port is sized to get a hand in for a real scrub-down, not just a rinse, and it's wide enough to see what's going on inside without pulling the whole lid apart. The side spout ties in below the fill line, so transferring to a fermenter or brite tank doesn't mean tipping or draining the brink first. A built-in comfort grip handle keeps it manageable to carry solo and every Tri-Clamp fitting, gasket, and connector needed to install it ships in the box.
