Small-batch yeast handling doesn't need a full-size brink taking up cellar space. This 30L unit covers labs, pilot batches, and breweries running frequent small transfers, where a 1/2 BBL or 100L vessel would spend most of its time half empty. The 4" top port matches the rest of the lineup for cleaning and access, just without a side spout, so transfers happen through the top.
Built in 304 stainless steel, it fits into the same CIP routine as every other size in the lineup. Two cutout handholds in the top rim make it easy to carry, especially given how light it is when it's not full.
