The 1.5" side spout draws straight into a brite tank or fermenter, so you're not lifting or tipping the whole vessel to pitch.
It's made from 304 stainless steel, which is what most breweries already run for anything touching yeast or wort, so CIP and sanitation routines don't need adjusting. The comfort grip handle makes it manageable to move on your own, even loaded. Pairs well with a rack of stainless steel kegs if you're already set up that way.
