The FlashChill 400V runs 3 x 75' stainless steel coils through a 115.6 lb ice bank, giving it enough cooling reserve to hold up under steady pours at small bars, restaurants and sports venues. It's set up for 1 to 3 product lines, so you can run it lean with a single line or use the full capacity for three different beverages at once.
Like a jockey box, the FC400V cools by running product through stainless steel coils submerged in ice water rather than through a glycol loop - no refrigerant lines to run to the tap, no glycol to mix or monitor. A submerged agitator pump keeps that ice water circulating so the coils cool evenly across all three lines instead of the first pour running colder than the third.
This is a solid fit anywhere a full glycol chiller setup doesn't make sense - limited mechanical space, a temporary or seasonal install or a bar that just doesn't need permanent glycol lines run through the walls.
