FlashChill 400H - Flash Chiller - 3 Product Lines - Manual Thermostat - USA Only

The FlashChill 400H runs 3 x 75' stainless steel coils through a 116.8 lb ice bank, built to handle 1 to 3 product lines at once. It's a common pick for small bars and restaurants that need to chill keg beer, wine or soft drinks without installing a full glycol system.

Cooling works the same way it does in a jockey box: product runs through stainless steel coils submerged in ice-cold water instead of a refrigerant loop. A submerged agitator pump keeps that water circulating so all three lines cool at the same rate, rather than one line running colder than the others.

This layout works anywhere a permanent glycol chiller setup doesn't fit - limited mechanical space, a rental or seasonal install or a bar program that doesn't need glycol lines run through the walls year-round.
