CarboChill V60 - Flash Chiller for 6 Product Lines
The CarboChill V60 combines a flash chiller and a carbonator in one unit, so a bar, restaurant, hotel, or high-volume food service operation can chill and carbonate six separate beverage lines without running two pieces of equipment side by side. Draft beer, post-mix soda, sparkling water, and other carbonated fountain beverages can all run through the same footprint.
Carbonation runs through a dedicated PROCON pump, a GICAR NRL30 water level controller, and an ODL carbonator. Water supply is monitored automatically and carbonation pressure holds without anyone touching a dial. Water and syrup supply pressure sits at 1–6 bar; CO2 pressure to the carbonator runs 4.1–5.2 bar. An existing CO2 gas regulator used for draft beer can feed this unit directly, so there's no second gas line to install.
On the refrigeration side, an Embraco NEU 6214Z compressor runs on R134a, paired with a Karyer copper-aluminum air condenser and a Fluid-o-Tech PA2501 pump-mixer for circulation. Clearance around the whole unit needs to be 12 inches minimum and product lines can run up to 15 inches from the unit, which keeps it close to whatever draft beer tower or dispense point it's feeding.
All six lines draw from a 78.5 lb ice bank instead of a glycol loop. That stored ice capacity is what keeps output steady when all six lines are running during a rush - outlet temperature holds between 33.8°F and 40°F across every line, whether it's pouring lager-cold beer or sparkling water.
Controls are simple: a Ranco K50 thermostat manages temperature and a green indicator light shows unit status at a glance. There's no app, no touchscreen, and nothing to configure on startup.
Physical footprint comes in at 22.1" W × 27.7" D × 28.5" H, with an 18-gallon water tank and an 8-foot power cord. It runs on standard 115V / 60Hz US commercial power - no special outlet or wiring required.
