This swivel fitting has a 1/4" FFL (female flare) nut on one end and a 3/16" hose barb on the other. The FFL side threads onto standard beverage gas hardware, CO2 regulators, gas manifolds, and Cornelius keg couplers, while the barb end takes 3/16" ID beverage-grade hose, a common size for gas lines and smaller tubing runs.
The nut swivels freely on the barbed stem, so you can tighten the flare connection without twisting the hose itself. As with the 1/4" FFL thread standard, the nut measures closer to 7/16" across the flats than a literal 1/4".
