Beverage Craft offers a variety of ½ stainless steel kegs for sale, manufactured by Schaefer from high-quality European 304 stainless steel. These kegs are really built to last, featuring a strong keg body with durable chimes at the top and bottom for bump and drop protection.
The fact that Schaefer SUDEX kegs are plasma-jet welded allows them to have higher aseptic qualities than regular stainless steel kegs.
When it comes to the half-barrel keg price, it depends on the additional options: for a basic, non-branded model, the half-barrel keg cost would be around $154; a branded 1/2 bbl keg (with side embossing) will cost you around $7 more.
