The 4" top port gives full access for cleaning and inspection without disassembly, and the 1.5" side spout handles yeast transfer without tipping the vessel. Built in 304 stainless steel, this stainless steel keg alternative holds up to regular CIP cycles without corroding or picking up odors over time.
