McCann Pressure Relief Valve
When carbonator tank pressure climbs past safe operating limits, this valve is what stops damage from happening. The McCann pressure relief valve is the OEM replacement for McCann Big Mac E Series and 43 Series carbonators - rated at 180 PSI, which matches the factory spec on both units.
It's a straightforward part with a direct job: if pressure inside the carbonation system exceeds 180 PSI, the valve opens and releases it before anything fails. A leaking or stuck-open relief valve means the carbonator can't hold pressure and carbonation drops off. Replacing it is a quick fix that restores normal operation. Connects via standard female pipe thread (FPT) no special tools or fittings needed.
