This ChillPro 3200V is a glycol chiller made for long-draw draft beer systems, the kind pubs and restaurants run when they want to keep beer somewhere other than right under the tap. A digital thermostat lets you set the temperature yourself instead of relying on a fixed setting.
What this setup really gives you is freedom in where you put things. Beer can sit in a walk-in cooler on the other side of the building, and the glycol loop still keeps it cold all the way to the tap tower. No need to squeeze a chiller in right next to the bar.
