Once a Canadian brewery moves past pilot scale, cooling needs change: bigger tanks, longer brew days, and less room for a glycol chiller that can't keep up. The BrewChill Pro 7500-2 ships with two 80 gallon per hour vane pumps installed from the factory, both running off the same thermostat, so you get one setpoint across multiple tanks rather than independent zones. If you need two tanks at different temperatures at the same time, look for a model built with two separate thermostats instead.
At 7,500 BTU per hour on 208 to 230 volt power, it handles wort chilling, fermentation and bright tank control in setups up to 1,500 liters, backed by an 18 gallon reservoir. Breweries usually move up to this model once a smaller chiller starts falling behind, and the same cooling capacity works well in wineries or cideries managing a full room of tanks through a busy season.

Key Features:

  • Two pumps, one setpoint: Two built-in 80 gal/hr vane pumps on separate 1/3 HP motors. Both share the same thermostat, so it's one setpoint, not independent zones.
  • 7,500 BTU/h capacity: Rated for fermentation tanks up to 1,500 liters, built for medium-batch Canadian breweries.
  • Efficient at scale: A 1 HP compressor on R290 refrigerant, strong cooling without a big jump in power costs.
  • Commercial-grade reliability: Suited to microbreweries, brewpubs and advanced homebrewers who need consistent performance under demanding use.
  • Quick to install: 3/4" NPT fittings, 6-ft power cord, NEMA 6-20P plug for fast setup in new or existing Canadian systems.
  • 450-ft line reach: Flexible placement across larger brewing facilities.
  • Built for long runs: Designed to hold steady cooling through extended, high-demand brewing sessions.

Parts Included:

  • 1 × BrewChill Pro 7500 (80 GPH pump, 1/3 HP motor)
  • 1 × External digital thermostat
