Coolflow DTX is an inhibited glycol coolant for compatible brewery, beverage process cooling and refrigeration systems. It transfers heat from the equipment back to the chiller while providing freeze protection at the correct concentration. The 5-gallon size is a practical choice for system fills, coolant changes and routine maintenance.
Based on ethylene glycol blended with patented DeTox™ additive, Coolflow DTX provides efficient heat transfer and easier pumping at low temperatures compared with propylene glycol solutions. Corrosion, scale and biological inhibitors help protect cooling system components and reduce internal fouling.

For Brewery and Process Cooling Systems
Use Coolflow DTX in compatible closed-loop cooling systems serving brewery tanks, food and beverage production equipment, and refrigeration applications. The coolant circulates through a separate cooling circuit and remains separate from the beverage.
Mixing and compatibility: Confirm that your equipment manufacturer permits Coolflow DTX before filling the system or changing from another coolant. For concentrate, the specification sheet recommends a minimum concentration of 22% by volume, with the maximum normally not exceeding 60%. Select the concentration for the required freeze protection and use deionized or distilled water for dilution. Check the supplied product label before adding water, as Coolflow DTX is also available premixed.
Verify the solution concentration with a refractometer using Coolflow DTX-specific readings. Zinc or galvanized components are not recommended. Do not mix with another coolant without confirming compatibility. Need a smaller quantity? Choose our 1-gallon Coolflow DTX.
