CarboChill V60 - Flash Chiller for 6 Product Lines
Six product lines, one under-counter unit - the CarboChill V60 handles your full beverage program without taking over your equipment room. Built for Canadian bars, restaurants, hotels, and high-volume hospitality operations, this is a combined flash chiller and carbonator cooler that keeps draft beer, post-mix soda, sparkling water and carbonated fountain beverages pouring cold and carbonated through a full service shift.
The V60 runs on an 78.5 lb ice bank - not a glycol loop, not a recirculating chiller. Ice bank cooling means the unit stores cold capacity continuously, so when a rush hits and six lines are pulling at once, the temperature holds. Product outlet temperature sits between 33.8°F and 40°F. That range covers lager-cold draft beer on one line and sparkling water on another, simultaneously, without any line warming up mid-service.
Carbonation is handled by a dedicated PROCON carbonator pump paired with a GICAR NRL30 water level controller and an ODL carbonator. The system monitors the water supply automatically and maintains carbonation pressure without manual intervention. Water and syrup supply pressure runs at 1–6 bar; CO2 pressure applied to the carbonator is spec'd at 4.1–5.2 bar. If you're already running a CO2 gas regulator for draft beer, that same setup feeds this unit.
Refrigeration is powered by an Embraco NEU 6214Z compressor running on R134a refrigerant, with a Karyer copper-aluminum air condenser and a Fluid-o-Tech PA2501 pump-mixer handling circulation. The condenser needs 12 inches of clearance around the entire unit - standard for equipment of this type and easy to accommodate in most back-bar or under-counter installs. Maximum product line distance from the unit is 15 inches, so placement matters; this is designed to sit close to your draft beer tower or dispense point.
The control side is straightforward: a Ranco K50 thermostat handles temperature management and a green indicator switch gives you a clear at-a-glance status on the unit. No proprietary touchscreen, no complicated commissioning - it runs and you monitor it.
Footprint is 22.1" W × 27.7" D × 28.5" H. Water tank capacity is 18 gallons. Power cord is 8 feet. Runs on 115V / 60Hz - standard North American commercial power, no transformer or special wiring needed.
