The CarboChill 20 chills and carbonates water under the counter, so a restaurant or hotel bar can pour still and sparkling water on demand instead of keeping a bottled water program running. It works just as well behind a café counter or in an office pantry.

Two lines run out of the same box, one still and one sparkling. Output tops out around 22 gallons an hour (about 83 liters).

A built-in cold-water recirculation pump keeps water moving out to a remote dispensing tower on the CarboChill 20, so a tower installed further away still pours cold right away instead of running warm after the system sits idle. The smaller CarboChill V15 doesn't have this pump. A digital thermostat holds the outlet temperature between 38 and 46°F (3–8°C), and the 4.1-gallon stainless steel tank with ice bank handles the volume.

Hookup is straightforward: 3/8 inch push-connect fittings tie into your building's water line, and a standard 115V/60Hz outlet covers the power side. R-290 refrigerant handles the cooling.

You'll likely need a few extra pieces to run this: a dispensing tower, a water filtration system, plus a CO2 cylinder and pressure regulator for carbonation. None of that comes with the unit unless your package says otherwise. Have a licensed plumber or electrician handle the install so it's up to code.

Cutting out bottled water means less storage, less handling and less packaging waste, and since the recirculation pump keeps a remote tower just as cold as the unit, you're not giving anything up by running the line further out.
