The 7500-2 gives you room to grow. It ships with two 80 gal/hr vane pumps built in, and there's a slot for a third pump if you add more tanks later.
One thing to know before you order: all the pumps share one thermostat. That means one setpoint across however many tanks you're running, not a separate temperature for each. If you need two tanks at different temperatures at the same time, this isn't the chiller for that. Look at the 13000-2 instead, it runs two separate thermostats.
At 7,500 BTU/h, it handles wort chilling, fermentation and bright tank control in setups up to 1,500L. The compressor is a 1 HP unit on R290 refrigerant, quiet enough for a taproom floor and built to run continuously.
