The BrewChill Pro 4000-1 is what most Canadian craft breweries reach for once a single small glycol chiller can't keep up with their tank count anymore. Its 18 gallon reservoir holds enough chilled glycol to keep temperatures stable even when several tanks are drawing on it at once and a vane pump circulates that glycol continuously through your cooling lines. The thermostat runs the compressor automatically, so day to day you're just checking gauges, not adjusting anything by hand.
At 4,000 BTU per hour, it holds fermenters and bright tanks up to 500 liters, covering fermentation, cold crash and bright tank duty for a growing brewery. A second pump can be added later for independent dual zone control when you need two tanks at different temperatures, and the same setup works well for wineries and cideries managing multiple tanks through a harvest season.
