The Straight Stem-Barb fitting from John Guest provides a flush, secure connection between 5/16” O.D. tubing and flexible 5/16” I.D. hose. One side of the fitting can be used as a push-fit connector, while a hose barb on the other side allows for an easy, secure connection.
Constructed of tough gray acetal (which is FDA approved for food contact) and equipped with a food-grade nitrile O-ring, this fitting can be used on beverage dispense systems, potable water lines, and other food applications. It is also usable with air and inert gases such as CO2 and nitrogen beverage lines.
