This Schaefer kegmenter gives you a 1/2 BBL stainless vessel built around a single 2" Tri-Clamp port instead of a Sankey spear or a wide 4" lid. It's a tighter access point than the larger yeast brinks in the lineup, suited to operations that don't need full hand access for dry hopping or manual cleaning and are working with smaller diameter fittings, hoses, or CIP wands already sized for 2" Tri-Clamp.
304 stainless steel construction throughout means it holds up to regular CIP cycles the same way the rest of a stainless steel keg fleet does, with no separate cleaning process required.
